At CLEAR I was involved in a number of projects. CLEAR B2B, Self Help Portal, CLEAR Responsive and VLAN Capture Portal were four of the larger initiative where I was asked to take on a leadership role and was able to see the project through to it's completion.

The example shown here is a persona slide from our B2B site. We identified an opportunity to market directly to small businesses. By working with user research and a business analyst we were able to define a number of use case based persona's and created the site design and information architecture around that research. The project was on a rapid deadline, quality and rapid iteration were key to it's success. We used the hero space to cycle through the distinct persona's and appeal to a wide audience within a narrow funnel.

This site was successful in attracting a new client type, this segment of the business grew from virtually nothing to a significant revenue generator in under one year.
