I am a user experience designer with over 10 years experience across a of variety of platforms including mobile. I have worked with major e-commerce companies such as Amazon and CLEAR from the start-up to public phase. I also have experience working with established companies like Liberty Mutual, Sprint, Google, Motorola, Microsoft and Getty Images.
I believe human reactions to our designs are the determining factor to the success of a product. I try to pinpoint emotional responses to the entire product and experience as well every interaction to optimize and make experiences as delightful as possible. Projects in which this approach is combined and overlaid with business objectives and KPI's are the ones I have had the most success with in my career.
Before working specifically on user experience I worked as a front end developer, and visual designer and am proficient at both. That experience provides me with a diverse skill set I can apply and adapt depending upon the opportunity.
I have a broad skill set and consider myself a generalist, some of my skills include: wire-frames, compositions, visual design, UI concepts, identities and personas, user testing analysis, task flows, workflow optimization, prototyping, A/B multivariate testing and analysis, quantitative testing interviews, stakeholder interviews, best practice recommendations from a usability/user experience vantage, layout design, CSS3, HTML5 and user interactions.
